In this case I had 2 proposals for the same period with different quantities. Posting the first one goes fine,the second shows as posted but there were not transactions posted for it. 56514 10.0.24.20220228 Issue AR by project Addressed an issue where the records weren’t showing up on the ‘Contract open invoices’ form when drill-down from the project contracts form. 56643 10.0.24.20220228 Issue HR automated events When an employee is hired on a future date, the HR automated events weren’t adding the resource calendar. This issue is addressed in this release. 56654 10.0.24.20220228 Issue Fee management The ‘Customer Advance’ column on the fee management was considering the on-account transactions (with beginning balance journal) with invoice status = fully invoiced into calculation thus showing the wrong amount. With this fix, we are now only considering the actual ‘On account’ transactions only for this fields calculation. 56720 10.0.24.20220228 Issue Contract management Addressed an issue where contract value can be allocated to Header project even though parameter ‘Restrict project header entry’ is turned on. 56725 10.0.24.20220228 Issue Late timesheet The email for the late timesheet which being sent to the timesheet approver to notify them that a resource’s time needs to be approved, is showing the wrong name within the body of the email. Instead of showing the resource’s name, it is showing the approver’s name. This issue has been addressed by providing another wildcard “Resource name” which can be used in the email template to avoid the confusion. 56726 10.0.24.20220228 Enhancement AR by project Provided an extensibility support to ‘PMIPCustAgingReportTmpByProjFromCustTmpAccountSum’ class to allow clients to modify the customer aging by project report. 57126 10.0.24.20220228 Issue Invoice Emailing Addressed an issue where the projects360 invoice emailing feature wasn’t working because of some standard changes. 57132 10.0.24.20220228 Issue Fee management Addressed an issue where WIP column on the fee management form was editable. With this fix, the WIP field is no again non-editable on the form. 57360 10.0.24.20220228 Enhancement Data entity Addressed an issue where 2 entity names were conflicting with another ISV solution. We were using a generic names conciding with the standard names. We have now changed them as per our naming standard. The old entity names are ‘ProjActivities’ and ‘ProjActivity’ now changed to ‘PMIPProjActivities’ and ‘PMIPProjActivity’. 57579 10.0.24.20220228 Issue Fee management Addressed an issue where Actual cost column does not consider indirect cost associated with the project transactions on ETC/EAC management form. 57603 10.0.24.20220228 Issue Build errors The DLL code written for the preview feature ‘Merge to single PDF’ was causing build errors when the all the models were build together. This is now addressed. For the time being we have commented the code. This will result in image file conversion to PDF not working until we fix it in the next release. Clients can switch back to ‘Zip file’ functionality as a workaround. 57636 10.0.24.20220228 Enhancement Fee management Removed an alternate key index set on PMIPProjFeeManagementTmp temporary (in memory) table. This will help clients to allow duplicates permanently in the fee management if required. 57637 10.0.24.20220228 Issue Adjustment request Added the missing security roles on the New adjustment request form. 57783 10.0.24.20220228 Issue Contract management Addressed an issue where all the contract management records are displayed when opened from Subcontractor management.
