Type Business Area Description ID Impact Level Enhancement Invoice archives A CLR error was being triggered while generating the invoice archive due to a data inconsistency in the DocuValue table, which stores attachment information. For the affected record, the AccessInformation field did not contain any data, causing the error during processing. This issue has now been addressed by implementing validation checks to prevent records without AccessInformation data from being processed. 111469 Lvl.2(Moderate) Enahancement Invoicing When the report format was set to ER Report, Convert to PDF was disabled, and Apryse was enabled, the ER report was attached as a .tif file to the invoice proposal during Invoice Document Review creation. While viewing existing documents, the .tif file was converted to a PDF because Apryse was enabled. This conversion caused degradation in the resolution and clarity of the document. With this fix, the ER report is now attached directly as a PDF file to the invoice proposal during Invoice Document Review creation, eliminating the need for conversion during View Existing Document. This enhancement ensures improved resolution and clarity for both attached files and existing documents. 111700 Lvl.2(Moderate) Fix ETC/EAC management Fixed an issue where expense transactions posted in sales currency were using the current exchange rate instead of the transaction date exchange rate when reducing ETC cost buckets. The system now correctly applies the exchange rate based on the transaction date, ensuring accurate cost calculations. 111935 Lvl.2(Moderate) Fix Overtime timesheet lines Previously, the Overtime type was being defaulted even when no resource was assigned to the Overtime validation group. This issue has now been fixed to default Overtime type values only when the Validation group required parameter is enabled and the user is assigned to the corresponding validation group. 111962 Lvl.1(Low) Fix Billing schedule An issue in the Simple adjustment and Pre-Billing Summary report has been fixed where transactions placed on hold with multiple hold action types were not being displayed correctly. Previously, the report results were limited to only the hold action type specified in the parameters. With this fix, the report will now display all transactions that are on hold across multiple hold action types. 112467 Lvl.2(Moderate) Fix Mobile time entry app Resolved an issue where the Quick Project Search form in the Time Entry Power App was appearing blank. With this fix, all fields are now displayed correctly even when users click the Search tab multiple times. 112517 Lvl.1(Low) Fix Customer payments Added the missing ProjId filter in the validation logic. Issue is fixed and the functionality is working as expected. 112629 Lvl.1(Low) Fix Overtime Users were unable to create an Overtime timesheet line without selecting an Overtime type, even when the Overtime type required option was not enabled. This issue has now been fixed, and users can now create Overtime timesheet lines without specifying an Overtime type when the requirement setting is unmarked. 112684 Lvl.2(Moderate)

Specifically, the query has been restructured to group data more efficiently, reducing redundant fetch operations and improving overall performance. 111752 Lvl.1(Low) Enhancement Fee management As part of this enhancement, a new job titled “Update billing rule for progress projects” has been introduced. This job removes billing rules associated with transactions in progress fee type projects by setting the billing rule to null. An exception is made when the transaction category matches the progress billing category defined in the projects360 parameters, in which case the billing rule is retained.
In addition, the existing job “Update billing rules for project transactions” has been enhanced. It now updates the billing rule only for Beginning Balance transactions with an Invoiced status, and only when the transaction’s category ID matches the billing progress category specified in the projects360 parameters.111926 Lvl.3(High) Fix Adjustment request Fixed an issue where users were able to publish adjustment requests via Open in Excel using a “To” activity that was not associated with the selected “To” project ID. A validation has now been introduced to prevent publishing when a non-related activity is selected, ensuring data accuracy. 111953 Lvl.1(Low) Fix Invoicing Addressed an issue where users encountered an object reference error when attempting to open invoice proposal lines from work items assigned. This issue has been resolved, and users can now seamlessly access assigned invoice proposals for review and approval. 112023 Lvl.1(Low) Fix Fee Management An issue reported where data creation failed due to an incorrect relation between Project ID and PMIPFeeManagementProgressHistory temporary table. This caused validation errors indicating that the Project ID was not found in the related table. The fix ensures proper validation and successful record creation. 112257 Lvl.1(Low) Fix Mobile time entry app Addressed an issue where check marks were not displayed when Dark Mode was enabled. Additionally, the unit code dropdown options in the Time entry power app appeared blurry. With the current fix, check marks now display correctly in Dark Mode, and the dropdown options are rendered clearly. 112260 Lvl.1(Low) Fix Billing schedule Updated the placement of the “Hide WIP and Invoiced” field within the Billing schedule tab of the projects360 parameters form for improved usability and alignment. 112285 Lvl.1(Low)

This allows users to view and edit these fields directly in Excel, improving accessibility and streamlining data management. 111477 Lvl.2(Medium) Enhancement AR transactions Previously, the same buffer was reused to update the ledgerJournalTrans_Project table multiple times resulting in settlement error on updating payment status. This has been corrected by using separate buffers for each update operation. 111701 Lvl.2(Medium) Fix Fee Management Previously, when generating a credit note proposal for a progress fee type project, the presence of any non‑chargeable transaction resulted in multiple lines being created on the proposal. This led to incorrect invoice line amounts and, upon posting the credit note proposal, the % progress value in Fee Management was also updated incorrectly. With this fix, the issue has been fully resolved, and the credit note proposal now generates correctly with accurate invoice amounts and proper % progress updates. 107273 Lvl.3(High) Fix Integration Since the legacy authentication/connection method has been deprecated (using user name and password) , it has now been replaced with OAuth authentication.
