With the current fix, only WBS templates created through the WBS Templates form will be shown. 97488 10.0.43.20250509 Issue Invoicing We have resolved an issue where the Item sales tax group was not defaulting on the invoice line for unit code entries created through timesheets. With this fix, the Item sales tax group will now default correctly for unit code entries posted via timesheets. 97689 10.0.43.20250509 Issue Invoicing Previously, a rounding error would occur when an indirect cost was present on a transaction, and the invoicing group was changed from project grouping to subproject grouping, followed by a refresh of the invoice line. Additionally, another error was encountered during the print preview of the invoice proposal. This fix ensures that no errors occur when switching the invoicing group on an invoice proposal or during print preview.

With this fix, automatic transactions will now post successfully without generating an error message. 98002 10.0.43.20250509 Issue ETC/EAC Management We have resolved an issue where the Manual ETC/EAC cost bucket was being reduced based on the transaction currency rather than the accounting currency for expenses posted through the expense journal. This fix ensures that the expense cost is correctly reversed in both the subledger and the general ledger. 92770 10.0.43.20250328 Issue Workspaces Previously, when the “My Billing Schedule” view was added to a workspace tile, it showed the billing schedules of the view owner instead of the user opening the tile. With this fix, the tile now displays the billing schedule records of the user accessing the tile. 93502 10.0.43.20250328 Issue Billing schedules Previously, some indexes were missing, which were essential for performance when updating the billing progress % on progress billing phase IDs. Additionally, a refresh issue was observed when updating the billing progress percentage. With this fix, we have optimized performance by adding the necessary index to the relevant table and resolved the refresh issue during billing progress updates. 94457 10.0.43.20250328 Issue Billing schedules Previously, when multiple lines were selected through the milestone allocation and the form was closed, the system did not save all the lines. With the current fix, this issue has been addressed. 96766 10.0.43.20250328 Issue Fee management We have addressed an issue where the invoiced and WIP amounts on the fee billing projection form were displaying incorrectly when the project sales currency and accounting currency were different, and the “Activate account receivable by project” parameter was disabled. Now with this fix, only the ‘time and material’ type billing rule will display. 96963 10.0.43.20250328 Issue Misc changes We have addressed an issue where timesheet lines were not generated for resource forecast transactions without booked hours when using the “Copy from Assigned Resource Forecast” feature. With this fix, timesheet lines will now be generated regardless of whether hours are hard booked, soft booked, or unbooked, as long as the resource forecast transaction’s start and end dates fall within the current period. 96966 10.0.43.20250328 Issue Invoicing Previously, an additional rounding fee was being generated and added to the project credit note proposal. In this major hotfix, we have revised the logic to include the rounding fee in the invoice grouping calculation only when the invoice type is “Credit Note Invoice Proposal.” Furthermore, we have updated the logic to apply the distribution factor to the sales price, rather than the line amount or total amount. The final difference will now be added to the line amount or total amount of the first transaction, without altering the sales price. 97001 10.0.43.20250328 Issue Invoicing Previously, no security roles were assigned to the “Split advance amount” button on the invoice proposal form. However, with this fix, access has now been granted to the following roles: Projects360 Project Accountant, Project Manager, Service Industry Super User, AEC Project Accountant, Project Accountant, Project Assistant, and Service Delivery Manager. 97017 10.0.43.20250328 Issue Accounts receivable Previously, values were not populating in the aging buckets after running the invoice aging snapshot when the “Activate account receivable by project” parameter was disabled. With this fix, the aging buckets will now display the values correctly, regardless of whether the parameter is enabled or disabled. 97043 10.0.43.20250328 Issue Billing schedules Previously, the “Service Date From” field was not functioning correctly on the billing schedule. To address this issue, we have introduced a new parameter in the current release, “Default service date from as blank,” to optimize the functionality. 97066 10.0.43.20250328 Issue ETC/EAC Management We have resolved an issue where the Manual ETC Cost Buckets were being reduced based on the project sales currency value instead of the accounting currency value. This fix ensures that the EAC cost calculation no longer considers the adjustment date as cut off date when calculating the 'adjusted % complete'. The adjusted % complete will now be calculated as follows: (“Actual cost" (using adjustment date as cut-off date) / “EAC cost” (without cut-off date) *100 97267 10.0.43.20250328 Issue Invoicing An issue was identified where, when a user selected multiple transactions (one being hours and the other an expense) on the adjustment request form and tried to reapply the sales price, only one transaction was being adjusted.
